Working with Caitlin and Paula was great. Caitlin in particular was admittedly fantastic. Very communicative, helpful, and professional. Nosotros actually felt like yous all were with usa every step of the way. If I had to stretch and find ane matter to critique, it would probably be that nosotros may take had to send the same document in more than once throughout the process, and if possible it would exist great to collect more documents upfront than during the final week of the process. But I imagine that's the way things work in the industry, and again, that's but if I had to find one matter to comment on. The entire experience was fantastic. Oh, and Adam was likewise fantastic. Would not have been able to solve my credit issue without him.
